JASON KINGSTON

Principal/Chief Operating Officer

Jason joined SDC Capital in 2002 and oversees all operations and personnel at SDC Capital. He is specifically responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, permitting, budgeting, financing, and construction of all new developments. Jason also lends his expertise to our finance division by assisting with underwriting loan opportunities, particularly for construction and land loans.

Jason received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Economics from UCLA and subsequently, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Jason chases four children around his house in his free time.
